Meetings are usually held the first Monday of each month from September to May at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 378 Delaware Ave., Oakmont. Social time begins at 7:00 pm followed by our business meeting at 7:30. Women age 21 and over are welcome to come to a meeting (no obligation to join) to see what we're all about! (Also - if you've got kids, babysitting service is sometimes provided. $3/child or $5/family. Email us to confirm availability.)

Participation is open to any woman at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Everyone is encouraged to participate on at least one committee and to join in the fun of organizing our fundraising events. After 1 year with the association, ladies may chair a committee or hold an office.
Besides the pride you will feel giving back to your community through volunteering or fundraising, you will make real, true friends here. There will be times when you feel you have no more energy to give; come and sit. There will be times when you feel eager to do; come and lead. We are a community for each other before we are a force in the communities in which we live.
We meet monthly, where we have a half hour of social time prior to each business meeting. New participants are welcomed to the group at our RWA Social in September. In lieu of a December meeting, we gather for our Holiday Celebration which includes a potluck dinner, wine, and a fun gift exchange. We often have the opportunity to host guest speakers and/or engage in special activities at our meetings such as Beer Tasting or Yoga. Our annual year end celebration is our May Banquet dinner where we present our scholarships to the recipients and recognize our incoming and outgoing Boards.
Throughout the year, we enjoy getting together for fun and host several particiant-only social events where we include our spouses and/or kids such as : Christmas Carnival, Breakfast with Santa, Spring Wine Social, Progressive Dinners, and Summer Socials. We always have a busy and fun-filled calendar!
